Sydney VMUG is partnering with Broadcom, NetApp and Dicker Data for an evening session at the Art House Hotel on Tuesday 22 September 2026, 17:00–19:30. Doors open from 5:00 PM.

Three sessions this evening: a joint Broadcom and NetApp session on building a resilient VCF management domain — first on vSAN, then on stretched ONTAP MetroCluster with NFS — a demo-led run through where unrealised value is sitting in the VCF estate you already run, and a community session on building VCF lab environments with Holodeck.

The focus for every customer today is ensuring continuous availability of their environment in the event of a disaster or unforeseen issue. It's imperative that an environment is configured to be highly available, to ensure zero to minimal disruption to users.

A joint session. Sentil opens with a resilient management domain built on vSAN, then hands across to NetApp for the alternative: a stretched cluster on ONTAP MetroCluster with NFS as the primary storage. One problem, two architectures, presented back to back so you can weigh them against your own estate.
